Have you heard the story of Shattering Sharon? No? Then sit back and let us regale you with the tale!
First thing in the morning, Sharon gets into the office and reports to an informative, encouraging meeting with her coworkers. Then she hops on the phone. In her words, they breeze through answering machines, making each call count, and expecting that each one is going to lead to an appointment. If not? On to the next! And so, the routine repeats.
But, as she says, “Attitude determines altitude.” She keeps a cool, level head and powers through her day with positivity.
Sharon has been with Quality First for three years as of August, and although she realized that she had exceeded her expectations for the month of June, her record-breaking came as quite a surprise. We’re thrilled to have the opportunity to recognize her for it, though.
If you’re a numbers kind of person, check these out: 256 leads issued, 174 demos, 51 sales, and a 68% demo rate. The record she shattered? She did a whopping $903,179 in net volume!
So, as you can see, behind every larger-than-life record, there’s a sweet woman with a novelty license plate purse just waiting to smash it to smithereens.
When we dove into her personal life, Sharon gave us some fun pieces of trivia. Her favorite movie is Sleepless In Seattle and, when it comes to music, she likes Enya.
She spoke fondly about her family: two grown children and two grandchildren. Furthermore, she said, she’s engaged to a wonderful man who supports her in all areas of life. The two of them plan on building a spiritual residential healing center up in Mt. Shasta called The Garden of Inspiration, Healing, and New Beginnings.
Sharon is currently working on her bachelor’s in Transpersonal Psychology at UAGC. Transpersonal psychology is the sub-field that integrates the spiritual and transcendent aspects of the human experience with the framework of modern psychology. (Thanks for the assist, Wikipedia!)
